Our resolution for 2023 is to offer a new way to save on moving every month. Check back here for the latest discounts on our 5-star moving services in the greater New York area. Our partnership discounts are still around, so make sure to tell us how you heard about us when you request a moving quote or rent our eco-friendly moving bins.
November through the end of 2023| 10% off of your flat rate estimate when you pay in full at booking.
How to claim Our most popular discount is back through the end of the year. When you pay in full at the time you book services, you can save 10% on your flat rate. Your service date can be next year; save as long as you book in 2023.
The details Valid on moves booked after 11/14/2023 and before 1/1/24. Cannot be combined with other discounts or gift certificates. Maximum discount is $250.
October 2023| 25% off of bin rental for moving clients.
How to claim Doing your own packing? Make the job a little easier by saving 25% on our sustainable moving supplies. Book your move with Cool Hand, then place your bin order. A credit for 25% of the bin order value will be applied to the final balance of your move.
The details Valid on 15, 25, 35, 50, and 70 bin packages. Canceling the bin order or the move will void the discount. Only available for moves booked after 9/30/2023 and before 11/1/23. Cannot be combined with other discounts. Maximum discount is $200.
September 2023| 10% off of your flat rate estimate when you pay in full at booking for an off-peak date.
How to claim Reserve a team for any date between the 3rd and the 27th of any month and pay in full at booking to save 10% off.
The details Valid on moves booked after 8/31/2023 and before 10/1/23. Only valid on flat rate estimates. Cannot be combined with other discounts. Maximum discount is $250.

The details Valid on moves booked after 7/31/2023 and before 9/1/23. Cannot be combined with other discounts. Maximum discount is $250.
July 2023| 50% off of bin rental for moving clients.
How to claim Doing your own packing? Make the job a little easier by renting reusable bins and taking half off of your total. Book your move with us then place your bin order. A credit for half of the bin order value will be applied to the final balance of your move.
The details Valid on 15, 25, 50, and 70 bin packages. Canceling the bin order or the move will void the discount. Only available for moves booked after 7/4/2023 and before 8/1/23. Cannot be combined with other discounts. Maximum discount is $200.
June 2023| 10% off of your flat rate estimate when you pay in full at booking.
The details Valid on moves booked after 6/15/2023 and before 7/4/23. Cannot be combined with other discounts. Maximum discount is $250.
Extended through 6/14/2023 * May 2023 | 5% off for you & 5% for Covenant House New York when you pay at booking.
How to claim Request this offer when you receive your quote. Pay your estimated rate at booking and save 5%. We will also donate 5% of your estimated rate (up to $85.50) in high-need items to Covenant House New York through our Make it a Home partnership. CHNY provides housing and essential services to youth facing homelessness.
The details Must reserve a team of Cool Hand Movers after 5/7/23 and before 6/15/23. Cannot be combined with other discounts. Maximum discount is $85.50. Maximum donation is $85.50 to occur following completion of the move.

February 2023 | Up to $100 off when you follow us & book.
How to claim First, request a rate for moving. Then, book your move before March 1st, 2023. Before your move is completed, send us a DM or screenshot so we can see that you follow us on Instagram. we’ll apply a 5% discount to the total cost of your moving services, up to $100.
The details Must reserve a team of Cool Hand Movers after 2/9/23 and before 3/1/23. Must be following the @coolhandmovers account on Instagram at the time of billing. Cannot be combined with other discounts.
