Reusable Bin
Our nestable and stackable crates come ready for use. These heavy-duty, industrial crates have ergonomic carrying handles for easier and safer lifting. Simply put your items into the crates, close the attached lid and loop zip-ties through tie-holes for added security.

Bin Dolly
Our bin dollies are custom designed to cradle our reusable boxes. The interlocking design provides safer and more efficient moving while the easy 4-inch non-marking caster wheels allow 360-degree rapid swivel with no scuff marks. Get additional dollies for a faster move.

Packing Paper
Unprinted paper to wrap and protect all sorts of fragile items such as glasses, plates, picture frames, mirrors and vases. Crinkle several sheets of paper to fill empty space and provide shock absorption. $18 for 10lbs (about 200 sheets).

Wardrobe Box
Our cardboard wardrobe boxes come with a built-in 24" hanging rod, so your closet moves without ever leaving its hangers. Transfer coats, dresses and shirts straight from the rod to the box, then hang them right back up at your new place — no folding, no wrinkles, no wasted time.

We strongly recommend placing your order for moving bins at least one to two weeks before you want to start packing. We’ll deliver them a few days before you want to start packing and pick them up when you’re done. If you just found out about our service and need to order last minute, please go to our contact page and drop us an urgent note. There’s no charge for expedited delivery but it is highly subject to our availability.

We vacuum, sanitize and inspect our crates, wardrobe boxes, glass and dish dividers, dollies and hand trucks before delivering them to you.

The number of bins in our packages are based on the average for NYC apartments (studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms etc). In our experience, it’s a good guideline. Upgrade to the next package if you think you know you have a lot of stuff for a place your size, or if there are more people living in your apartment than it was designed for (e.g, 3 people living in 2 bedroom apt, order the 3 bedroom package).
If you’re not sure, order more than you think you need. Most people underestimate how much stuff they really have.

Our order form requires that you select 2 large windows for delivery and pick-up. Those windows are for scheduling purpose. After we receive your order, we will send you an email with your delivery and pick-up appointments. We will do our best to schedule you within your preferred windows.

Tipping is appreciated but not required. If you wish to tip, suggested amount is $10-$15 per delivery and pickup. You will likely have different teams deliver your bins and perform your move.

Damages to our products are extremely unlikely since they are built to last through many uses. If a rental item was somehow damaged (because, say, your mover ran a truck over it), or it was stolen, you will be charged the full cost of our products. See the rental agreement for full details.
